Procedure

First, you will talk to the students about the musical instruments. You can use the Lesson Plan titled Grouping Musical Instruments to discuss the instruments. After that, you can give the students the following worksheet. The students need to unscramble the letters to form the musical instruments.

Here is the list of the Musical Instruments that are included in the worksheet: Piano, French Horn, Viola, Bassoon, Timpani, Violin, Trombone, Clarinet, Xylophone, Tuba, Trumpet, Flute, Piccolo, Harp, Cello, Alto Saxophone, English Horn, Bass Drum, Snare Drum, English Horn, Cymbals, Triangle, Oboe, and Tambourine. Orchestra is the bonus word.
