  • Description

  • Students will have a math worksheet to do on divisibility.
  •
  • Goals

  • Students will learn:

    * Which numbers are divisible by 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10.

  •
  • Materials Needed

  • * The worksheet I have included in this lesson

    * Pencils and erasers
  •
  • Procedure

  • First, you will copy the worksheet so that each student will have a copy.

    Then, you will explain to them about divisibility and how they can tell what numbers are divisible by 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10.

    You can also explain that when they divide the following numbers by the number given in the question, that it will be divisible by that number if you can divide it evenly. If you have a remainder, then that number is not divisible by the given number.

    After you explain how to do the problems, you can give them the worksheet to do independently.
