Description

In this lesson, students will change fractions into decimals.

Goals

Students will learn:
About decimals and fractions.
How to change fractions into decimals

Materials Needed

The worksheet I have included in this lesson
Pencils and erasers

Procedure

First, you will copy the worksheet so that each student will have one.

Then, you will explain to the students how to change fractions into decimals.

Example: 2/10 = .2

2/100 = .02 2/1000 = .002

After that, you will pass out the worksheet so that students can work on them independently.
