Description
In this lesson, you will talk about pets by showing students pictures of different kinds of pets. You can also read books to them about pets and have them color pages of pets.
Goals
Students will learn:
To identify the different pets
To identify the homes for the different pets
To color pictures of pets
Materials Needed
Pictures of different pets
Books about pets that you can read to the children
Pictures of pets to color
Folders to place pictures of pets they colored.
Crayons for students to use to color the pictures
Procedure
First, you need pictures of pets and their homes.
Then, you need to talk about the different pets.
Ask children if they have any pets.
After that, you can give the students pictures to color of different pets.
Then, you can place the pictures they colored in a folder you have for each child.
Grading
You can reward the students for their participation and on their coloring sheets.
