Description

This lesson plan is for fourth and grade students. They will learn about science fiction, and then they will write their own science fiction story.

Learn how to write their own science fiction story

Materials Needed

Science Fiction Story
Notebook paper
Pencils and erasers
Pens

Procedure

First, you will read a science fiction story to the students so they can understand the elements and structure of that genre. Science fiction stories can be set in the past, present, or future. They can also be set in space, or in other environments.

After that, they will write a final paper and submit it to you for grading.

Grading

You can grade them on sentence and paragraph structure and their grammar. You can also grade them on their structure of the science fiction genre.
