- The Montessori Academy is great place to work! Now, I have many wonderful friends who are like my family. I have learned so much about the Maria Montessori method of teaching from watching the Montessori teachers guide children to higher levels of thinking, discipline and independence, that I wish I was a child again myself. If I had the opportunity to rewrite my life, I would have sent my own children to this environment of learning.
