  • I disagree with most of these reviews. The school isn't really like a family or a community like most school should be. Just because your in geometry doesn't mean the school got you there; you got there because of your own abilities. and telling the truth isn't called "hating". As you can see these students fail to tell the difference. Also, most students are sent here because of their parents not because of their own choice.

  • I graduated from St.Mary and I loved it! The teachers treated the kids like their sons and daughters. I learned all I needed from the teachers. Thanks to St.Mary I'm in geometry in my school. Sure the lunch was bad but that is not their fault. Stop hating! Really I cried when I figured out I had to leave. So last notes are again stop hating and I hope St.Mary stays open.

  • I honestly think this school is a wonderful school, the teachers here take a lot of time to teach us everything they know, and I'm really satisfied with my last year here. because if it was such a bad school I'm pretty sure parents would not send their kids here, so people (other students in specific) should stop trash talking it, because no one asked them! because the only bad thing is the lunch, not even the uniform is that bad.

  • Don't go to this school. You might ask why. Well going to this school will risk your child's chances to actually succeed in high school. Teachers don't teach subjects properly. example: math is taught something new EVERY DAY! They expect you to ace the test every Friday even though you're learning something new Every day! They don't let the kids actually take time to understand. The (...) isn't supportive. She knows about kids being bullied but does nothing about about it. Why? Because she wants the money. Kids rarely have field trips and even the educational ones. This school is terrible. if it were for me I would have not rated this one apple. This website doesn't allow to rate a 0. Don't put your kids here, you get nothing out of your money.
And the reviewer on the bottom is right one of junior high teachers has a bad temper. he always yells at students with the wrong answer.

  • worst school ever, hear me out don't go to this school the lunches are crappy the teachers yell at you for standing up. it's like, "hello, can i at least stand up to throw up the trash? no", this school Sucks and i hope those teacher read this. the (...) of this school sucks 100%. teachers yell at you for No reason and I'm a good student I've been yelled at for saying the wrong answer! They gossip a lot and one teacher came the last day of school after missing like 2 weeks of school and that's not the first time! She would miss up to 3 weeks in total (in one month). the guy that has to do with money would mix up things and would say you haven't paid this or that.this one lunch lady is always grumpy. she makes you pay even if you get free lunch. and these two teachers always gossip and even have facebooks, so disturbing! And one of those 2 teachers swears so much. most teachers do. and this kid in 5th grade got yelled at. every body stopped cause it was so loud Everyone knows he has a bad temper!

  • I have been a student here for 7 years. I am just waiting for this year to end because I am finally going to another school! I have to say it is a cheap school and the only reason I am here is because my dad went here. The students are shall I say very ghetto, they all use incorrect English, they dress gross when we have to pay a 2$ dress down, they constantly swear, and disrespect nice teachers. The teachers are very nice. They are nice to me because I am not rude like the other students, and I am not always swearing and being miserable. The teachers like to make things easy for us, which is a very nice thing. They like to help us as much as they can, too. But no matter what, the students still disrespect them! I will definitely miss the teachers when I leave, but I WON'T miss the students except for my friends!

  • this school is very not so much amazing.i see the way teachers yell at students,as if that was their son.at first you will see that they are nice but then you will see the consequences of you putting your son in this school.you will make a mistake and see that your paying money for nothing.

  • i am graduating this year and i have to say this school is great. The only bad thing is that sometimes the teachers share information with other teachers that is private. I find it very hard to confide in some, yet find it very easy with others. But other than that i love it!

CLASS of '10 forever and always!

  • As a parent of a student who has attended the school since kindergarden, I am very satisfied with St Mary's. Are there bad apples at every shcool? Yes, but it's a parents responsibility to be involved in your child's education and pay attention to what they are doing and learning. There was a comment left previously giving the school bad marks for a number of issues, all of them opinions based on bigotry and much less on facts. My son graduates this year and plans to go on to attend a private highschool, in the past 8 years I have never had a problem that wasn't addressed quickly and efficiently. We never recieved "free tuition", we paid every penny out of pocket, and have no regrets!!

  • This school's discipline is misdirected at the victims rather than the trouble-makers. Young teachers with tempers grit their teeth at children. Students with little to no discipline and guidance at home who are complete and total punks, taught to hate other children and treat them horribly. A large percentage of the parents don't speak English, don't care that their children torment other children and are only there because they get free tuition.
