Many schools label themselves as Christian, yet are the same as any other public school once you step inside the doors. North Hills is Christian inside and out. All of the teachers are born-again, and they are serious about their relationships with the loving God. They are passionate about instilling a love for Him in the students, yet challenging them and opening them up to other world-views and controversies. All of this is in a nurturing Christian environment which, "prepares the hearts and minds of students to impact the world for Christ." Not only is the spiritual environment stellar, but the academics are rigorous. In the high school, each student owns his or her own personal tablet pc which is used in lieu of the typical notebook. This is very useful to keeping students and teachers connected, and keeping the North Hills students a step ahead academically and ultimately in careers and in life. "With the addition of tablet PC's in the high school, North Hills Christian School aims to emerge as a national leader in providing a technology-enhanced education. Soon, elementary and middle school students will use Skype to video conference with children at schools in Central America and Africa, and they will begin using 'learning.com,' a nationally-recognized online technology instructional program. This year, all students will acquire technological skills through the curriculum rather than in addition to the core curriculum, creating a more natural and meaningful connection. As they study core subjects, students will learn how technology can improve productivity and effectiveness. Students in grades K-8 will regularly visit the computer lab with their homeroom teachers, who will instruct them in their core disciplines, while Mr. Houghton provides parallel technology expertise and instruction." The coaches at North Hills are also exceptional, and the majority of our teams are championship teams. All coaches are Christians who have had background checks. - I have a child there; she has a lot of vision problems. North Hills has done an outstanding job helping her adjust and learn. She is doing and amazing job in school. I can truly say it is because of the amazing teacher and EC Director there at the school, willing to help my child get the very best. They are as proactive as I am to make sure my child makes a great life for her self in this world. North hills is amazing in making sure that when my child is ready to Leave there she is ready to take on the world and ready to change it for the better. North Hills has the right plan... Train a child in the way it should go. When you set your goals after the word of the lord you can never fail.

- Very biblically grounded. North Hills is a great school for students to engage God and turn the faith of their parent's into their own. It is a rogourous acdemic environment with an exceptional high school program. Eigth graders who exhibit academic exellence may take some high school courses. Lots of great academic, athletic, and service-orientated extra-curricular oppurtunities are offered, all in a very obviusly Christ-centered environment. Thier website is www.northhillschristian.com
