(4 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - many private schools charge you for not volunteering. This gets the parents involved, and weeds out the parents who are disconnected from the kids - I don't attend this school but the kids I know that go here are turning into really fine young adults.

(1 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - This school is forcing parents to pay a $400 fee extra per year, if we don't give them 20 hours of "volunteer work". If you don't pay their fee, they charge interest too... I am a single parent so I cannot take 20 hours of my regular work … People, read the back of their contract. By the way this year the fee will double!!
