(5 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - My son attends MVCC Kids Club.In response to the Chucky Cheese article--not all kids attend this church--however they are under new leadership and the counselors all have more training and bring positive Christian values. The children all seem to be benefiting from the positive environement. My son whom attends just graduated from 5th grade. He is scoring at the 8th grade level on API tests and is in advanced classes at school. He is on his 4th musical instrument and has an opportunity presented to him to try out next year for the Junior Philharmonic Orchestra. On top of that he excels in highly competitive basketball leagues and tournaments across Orange County. In summary do not let an off day wrongly color your view of Kids Club and all they offer to our local children.

- I'm writing in regard to a recent trip to Chucky Cheese where this school was taking a field trip. As a christian school I would have expected these children to have more respect and manners for adults as well as other children. What a disappointment .These children were more unruly than the other children. Kids will be kids don't get me wrong, but when it comes to representing a school in public (all the kids wearing their shirts) and acting the way these kids were with no adult supervision to be found (trust me I looked because I wanted to make a comment) it comes as a great disappointment from a mother trying to teach my three children these values and EXPECTING to see them from children in a christian school.

- The school is very well-rounded regarding academics, arts, and athletics, with students excelling in academics. Parents are very involved in the development of their children and are willing to assist the teachers by fulfilling small tasks such as reading to the students or serving as "room mother." Best of all, the class size is small and led by caring teachers and staff.
