Wonderful school, focus is on excellence in delivering a liberal arts education. Low student teacher ratios. Lots of parental involvement and special classes in art, music, PE, Science and Spanish.

Middle school students are well prepared to face the challanges of High School and beyond.

Graduates all accepted in top High Schools in the valley and honors programs in Public HS.

Summit's preschool was voted BEST preschool for 2008 by the Ahwatukee Foothills News, and it deserves the recognition.

Summit's elementary and middle school was one of the top performing schools in the state of Arizona on AIMS.

Students benefit from small class sizes, and individualized reading program and hands on learning.

Preschool students have music, art, spanish and Tumble Town classes.

K-8 have an advanced curriculum with hands on learning in, experimental science, design and architecture based art, music, spanish, Technology, PE and library.

Children excell, but more importanly they learn to love learning. Summit is exceptional.

The Summit School of Ahwatukee is a terrific place to send your child(ren) to school. They receive an education that has practical, real-world applications and gets them excited about learning. The classrooms are bright and engaging and you'll find the children immersed in on-going projects that give them the chance to use their learning in a variety of ways. The children become proficient public speakers through the opportunities provided to them throughout the year in the form of Morning Meetings and culminating events. In addition to a top-notch education, your family becomes part of a community of students, parents, teachers, and administrators who are extremely supportive. You'd be hard pressed to find another community such as this one. This school has the whole package.

The small classroom size, coupled with all of the specials, makes this an incredible school. Spanish, art, science, PE, and technology for every grade helps round out my child's education. It is a small community who values quality education.

We have children in the preschool and elementary school, and could not feel more blessed! The school has such a warm and family environment. We love all the teachers and staff. The teachers constantly challenge our children and do so with the appropriate level of motivation and discipline.

It doesn't get any better than Summit School. We have been there since my oldest was in preschool. He will be entering 7th grade and is far ahead of his peers in every subject. The care and concern for your children is paramount to the faculty and staff. I am so thankful for the quality of education my children have benefited from at Summit School!

After several years in the Kyrene school district, we decided to move our children to Summit so they could take advantage of reduced class size and increased attention to music and the arts. Our children have benefited from the Spanish and Science classes and we find that the quality and pacing of the core academic classes are far beyond what kids would receive in a public school. Summit builds excellent readers and strong writers. The teachers do not just teach our children; they know our children intimately. It's truly the community -- parents, teachers, and kids -- that make Summit what it is.

Academically challenging with small class sizes. Technology in every classroom, laptop carts and smart boards. Lots of parent involvement and a close community feel. Summit is like a family.

Summit is a wonderful school. Low ratio, great attention from all teachers to your children, carefully planned educational activities for each student based on his or her strengths and challenges. Your children will thrive in nurturing educational environment at Summit.

Summit is a great school. My children began at Summit in preschool and one is heading to high school. I have enjoyed every grade. The school does an excellent job of preparing the students for high school. The academics are extremely strong. Students develop into well rounded, thinking and respectful people.
