This is a great parochial elementary school for Muslim children. The school has an outstanding curriculum modeling its academics after the Wilmette Elementary School curriculum, while also including Islamic Studies, Arabic instead of Spanish, and a Hifz program(Qur'anic Memorization) starting with 3rd grade and above. The Hafiz program usually last 2-2.5yrs, and students continue to take the core academic subjects everyday while enrolled in the Hafiz program so that the can continue advancing with the rest of their class. Every year the school has outstanding Iowa Test Scores in each grade that is required to take the test. The Faculty are all well qualified and very involved with each student on a personal level. Administration is very supportive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this school to any Muslim family that wants to provide an excellent academic education to their children that has Islamic beliefs and its core. Their is a brand new Masjid offering 5 daily prayers.
