  • As a parent of two students who attended the school from kindergarten through 9th grade I can only sing the praises of the school. One daughter just finished high school as one of the top 10 students in her class. She is also on academic scholarship to college. I credit Dupont with the excellent academic, social and spiritual grounding it gave. Dupont is a Seventh-day Adventist school. As such my daughters were expected to follow the rules of that religion---no jewelry,or meat. However, the girls had no problem making the adjustments. Dupont is the best kept secret in Washington, DC. It's also the cheapest private school. The facilities are in need of repair(or a new school), but that does not subtract from the quality of education.
