  • I just finished second grade at Holy Nativity Episcopal School and I love my school. My favorite part of school this year was math because I liked all the hard problems and I enjoyed learning my times tables and how to multiply. I had the best teacher ever!

  • I have two daughters and we have been at HNES for 4 years and we LOVE it! It is a small, family atmosphere where the teachers actually care about their students. And the education is certainly better than anything at the public schools. If you choose HNES, you won't regret it.

  • HNES is truly like a family. It is nurturing for the children and the parents. It is small enough that I feel very comfortable with the class size and the attention from the teachers and staff. My children have flourished here and we would not consider going elsewhere

  • My children have had the most amazing experiences at HNES. As a parent, I cannot imagine feeling any more secure and satisfied than when I drop my children off at HNES each morning. I know that the day will bring them strong education, good values, friendship and love.

  • We are so lucky to have a school of this caliber available in our area! We have two children currently attending and wouldn't consider having them anywhere else. Our teachers and staff go the extra mile to mile to not only educate, but nurture. For those looking for excellence in education as well as a loving school family, this is your place!

  • Both of my children attend this school, as their father did before them. We believe the administration and teacher's mission of providing "leadership, learning and love" has been a large part of their success at Holy Nativity. I am thrilled my children have the opportunity to attend this academic powerhouse and stand firm in my belief that this is the best school in Bay County. Our family is proud to be a part of the HNES legacy!

  • Wow! I am shocked at the negative review written by this person. I would love for this family to talk with HNES again and give us the opportunity to apologize in person. I have been associated with HNES for 17 years and have only experienced wonderful things.

  • I have been associated with HNES for 10 years. The staff, teachers and administration have always been supportive of my two children and me as a parent. I am so saddened to read the above review but as in everything HNES isn't perfect, but it's very close. My 15 year old daughter has graduated from there after attending since 3 and maintains a 4.375 at a local high school. My 11 year old son is beginning middle school there and I am looking forward to him receiving the same quality education and loving dedication that my daughter received.

  • I love Holy Nativity Episcopal School! I have three children who attend HNES. My children always feel safe, loved, and nurtured by the faculty and staff. The academic expectations are higher than I received in my local public school and the amazing Christian environment is apparent when you walk through the beautiful Cove School doors. I am sorry for the previous rater's situation. I cannot see this happening under the current administration. We received regular communication even as just an applying family.

  • Christian values of honesty and respect for others not demonstrated by the administration at this school!

Many years ago our older child attended Holy Nativity. When we found out we would be returning to Panama City, we started the application process before moving (July). We were told there was an opening. We applied, followed up to make sure that the school had received all the documents necessary, and made several trips to the middle school upon our arrival in August. In the middle of August, we even called the school to bring it to their attention that our $500 application fee check had not cleared our bank. Several days later, the check cleared. And we made several more trips to the school and were told that we would be called in a few days. Needless to say, we never received a phone call or even a letter notifying us of the school’s decision. How very Christian like of them to deposit our money, blow us off in person and via phone, and then not even bother to send us notification of application. After three weeks into the school year, I finally gave up on the staff at Holy Nativity. So, if you are looking for school which does not demonstrate Christian values, this is the school for you!
