- This school has many problems, including and especially ineffective management. The teacher turnover is high and most new hires are first year teachers. While this could be good, the new teachers are given no guidance and are left to their own devices. They are often inexperienced and unaffective. In some cases they are actually "mean" to quote the students. Situations that arise, such as bullying or problems with teachers, are not handled to the students benefit. Often they are not handled at all. This school has some great teachers, but the overall atmosphere is discouraging. Parents are warned not to talk to each other about school problems! This school would benefit from more effective, caring leadership.
