  • My oldest son had a pretty good experience at BDLC, back when it was smaller. My second child enrolled there right after the expansion, and I was very disappointed in his care. It was common for me to pick him up and find he had been moved to another classroom - and no one ever seemed to know WHICH classroom! See, as soon as the enrollment for the day was low enough, their main concern was sending staff home so they could save money. The children were not their main concern. I will not enroll my youngest child there.

  • It was once a great place when it was smaller, but now that it is bigger, they care more about money than children. They are prefer students who come from low socioeconomic status so they can get more state grants.

  • All three of my children have had the wonderful experience of BDLC. The administration and teaching staff have always gone out of their way to make us feel welcome, and met our needs. Miss Gayle is very involved in the early childhood community and runs and excellent program for children and families.

  • Unwelcoming. I enrolled my son in good faith and paid the regristration fees. Due to unfortunate health issues my sons first day was prostpone until cleared from his doc. The Director knew the circumstances and agreed to hold a place. Now that my son is cleared, I was told that I would be on a waiting list, they never returned my call, finally after days, I was informed that there was no space. I asked for my fees in return since they could not provide the service they had contracted. It took six weeks to return my call. The director Mrs Gayle was rude, disruptive and extreamly argumentative for a service she could not provide. this place lacks the ability to show good customer service, principal and respect for their clients. I do not reccomend this learning center for our children if the Director is frequently unavailble for Parents and lacks the ability of common courtesy.
