  • Wilder's Prep has been very good with my children. It is like each teacher wants to be involved with each and every student and make sure that they progress. They have a great curriculum. I am really glad that I chose to move them here.

  • Big thanks to Wilder's Prep. I was nervous to send my girl to a new school and the staff was so kind and understanding. My questions were answered and my daughter's teacher even called me to tell me she thought my daughter was making a good adjustment! Very impressed!

  • 2 of our kids went to Wilder's Prep. We really liked the principal at that time. We are not sure who it is now. Our kids are in college now, but we have fond memories of them at Wilder's. We will be sending our youngest there next year. We hope it is as great for her as it was for the others.

  • My niece has been attending Wilder's for a few years now. She always has great things to say about her teacher and the other kids in her class. I have never encountered a child who genuinely enjoys going to school everyday. I wish my own children had that attitude.

  • This year, we had out daughter switch from public school to Wilder's. She has always been very shy and standoffish, but that all changed with Wilder's. She really connects to her teacher and fellow students. It's amazing to watch her come out of her shell and she has only been there since September!

  • My son is currently attending this academy and loves it. He loves all his teachers and staff. He has made many friends here, and they all seem like wonderful children. I feel he has gained a lot from each of his classes and the school in general.

  • All of the teachers there are extremely hard working, caring people who are highly qualified by the State of Ohio. Great teachers and administrators run the school, which is highly organized and contains a wonderful learning environment.

  • I recently enrolled my son into Wilders and I must say I like the progress I am seeing. I notice that he seems to pick up the material from the great teachers over at Wilder's. I highly recommend them if you are in the area!

  • My nephew goes to school here and I am so impressed with the education he is receiving. He is in the seventh grade and has been a student here for about two years. He is such a well mannered young man and I am very proud of my nephew. I am planning on sending my child here when she is old enough!

  • This School is excellent. The academics are great, and my child has a great education. The teachers and staff are fair, and also strict when needed.

  • Wilder's Prep is a good school academically but the administrative staff is horrible. The principal turnover rate is very high. They seem to make up new rules as the year goes on without giving them much thought. Field trips are frequently planned and canceled at the last minute. They don't want to send tests home for parents to see what the child is doing and they seem to run the school like a jail or military camp. The kids are not allowed to be kids. They get recess taken away for little or nothing. They can't run on the play ground during recess, they can't talk during lunch. They get recess taken from them sometimes weeks at a time for one incident. Then they can't talk during class, lunch or hardly play during recess then they expect them to be like perfect little robots. The learning is fairly good. Not all teachers are good. The curriculum is accelerated and that's good. The work is challenging. The kids get used to the military style environment but it's tough on the parents. They make you feel like you have the worst behaved child in the world. Before putting your child in this school please observe the whole school day. Especially at lunch and recess.
