TO WHOM IT MAY CONSERN.

MY SON THOMAS J ABATI, WILL BE ATTENDING YOUR SCHOOL FOR THE 3RD TIME, FOR THE 2009-2010 SCHOOL YEAR.

I AM AWARE THAT THERE IS A REGISTRATION FEE FOR HIM, HOWEVER, IT HAS COME AT A BAD TIME FOR OUR FAMILY. WE ARE BOTH UNEMPLOYEED AT THE MOMMENT AND HAVEING A DIFFICULT TIME WITH OUR FINATUAL STATUS.
BECAUSE OF THIS WE WOULD LIKE TO TRY PAYING $10.00 PAYMENTS TO YOU AT MONTHLY INTERVALS UNTIL PAID IN FULL.
