I as a former student, enjoyed most of my years at monterey park. Even though i found the hot lunch repulsive, and the homework ammount too small, i found faith in my teachers to guide me in the right directions. The classrooms were somewhat too small, but the teachers always found ways to fit in all of the curriculum. I was not pleased with the physical education portion of the day, which usually was just playing kick ball, or having free play. I do feel i could have had a better education, but i excelled through my 6 years with the help of my supporting teachers.
