  • Very cliquely school, if you were expecting to make friends quickly it's not going to happen. The education here wasn't satisfactory to our standards. I went for my freshman year, and was disappointed with the poor quality teachers, run-down faculties, and bad attitude. San ramon is know for its weak math and science department; my math teacher was fired half way through the year. Anyways our family left for private school and are much happier. Best quality teachers I could have asked for, an environment centered on kindness. Mostly all the kids in danville come from affluent families, so I don't understand why highly educated people would send their children to a place like that. If you are considering san ramon, I highly recommend that you think again.

  • San Ramon Valley High School is a great institute for both of my kids (Class of '03 and '06). Both are now in high ranking universities. It's a general concensus that SRVHS's English department is stronger than their math department and most of the teachers are very competant/friendly and involved. The district do need to let the some teachers go due to lack of enthusiaum or old school training (listen to the students complain!).

The front office always have answers to my questions. Fantastic new sports field and proforming center. Many advance adcademic programs and fun clubs of all kind for those who are interested.

Danville can be "bubbleville" in terms of fine homes and it's sheltering environment. But kids in this school are down to earth and parental involvement is most admirable.
