(4 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - Great new principal in 2008. Lots of energy, great ideas, principal sought and PTA bought teleparent phone dialer to reach out to parents by phone in different languages. PTA is very hardworking. My child's kindergarten teacher is very experienced, very organized and truly cares about reaching every child. Scores at Victor are getting better and better each year. So far I am very impressed. The only reason I can't give a 5 is because of the old facilities which will hopefully improve with the passage of measures Y and Z.
