  • Im a student at Pagosa Springs junior high school and lived here my whole life. I love the students there but there is very large classes and little to NO one on one time. The teachers (some) are not very friendly and they seem to hate kids! There is this one teacher and she is just MEAN as can be and I am never doing anything wrong in her class. And to the Community Member on: January 24, 2009, Im sorry but I can't believe that was true. Most kids are with the school on Family Day up there and I believe thats what you mean because during school hours up there an adult is with us at all time at the front, middle, and back. They would've caught this behavior. I also hope you understand how the lift line works up there because many don't.

  • I rate this school as a 5 out of 5 due to it's exceptional, overall efforts in educating all of the students to their highest abilities. Lesson plans and excellent teachers make the foundation for success of our students, and this school has both. Extra-curricular activities are tops with equal opportunity for both the girls and boys. Administration supports the staff with fair and balanced student discipline, a safe environment, does not tolerate bullying and supervises all extra-curricular activities. Outstanding atmosphere at this school, from the top-down.

  • My family was skiing Wolf Creek on Wednesday January 21 while your students were there. Do the students have special priveleges? They cut in the lift line, pushed our 10 year old daughter out of the way, used foul language and when my husband told them to cool it they said they were with the school. We ski Wolf Creek every year. If we ever pull into the parking lot
