  • This school puts ALL Special Ed kids for each class level with one teacher. So in all grade levels there is one over- worked, worn out teacher, who gets all the SpEd kids. There are no standards in the school with regard to behavior modification in atypical children. One kid kicked, screamed, and bullied kids up through 3rd grade. Today, in the after school program, I walked into one kid screaming all sorts of bad language at other children and I stepped in and asked the kid to stop. Next thing I was told by the teacher to "let it go"... I came home to a phone call telling me I stepped over the line by requesting that this child stop screaming low brow language at a group of children. Backwards, yes?
