- I am a parent of a second grader and a kindergartener at Banyan Elementary School. I absolutely love this school. Academically Banyan has advanced my children's abilities and has given them encouragement to push beyond their comfort zone. My children once feared failure, but recently I've notice a major change in their behavior. They now understand that in order to get better at what they do, learn new things, and to grow they MUST at least TRY. Banyan encourages this behavior in the children. My children come home from school happy, eager to do homework, and look forward to school the next day. I feel safe leaving my children in the care of Banyan. With so much corruption and negative influences in the media I remain cautious yet I trust that I have made the right decision in trusting Banyan with the education and care of my children. This school is diverse with cultural experiences, the faculty welcomes you with warmth and genuine concern, and the teachers are magnificent.
