  • thank you for telling me. i feel alittle better about sending my son to JFK, but i also heard from the neighborhood kids that there a few gangs at JFK and at least two times a week there fights for very stupid reasons. I hope this is just kids BS ing other kids but as a mom it's scary. I went to JFK in middle school and i loved it but that was a very long time ago the world and kids are a lot different now. I want to feel safe sending my son to a school that i loved. i want him to have a great time in middle school not be afraid to go there.

  • this school is NOT bad! ive heard of worst schools! its actually not a bad school! i think its good! the teachers are willing to help the students! people only look at the bad things and dont look at the good things. this school has little tolerance for bad behavior. if your child is getting bullied which i havent seen happen, just go to the principle they'll deal with it right away because they have ZERO tolerance for bullying and non-beving kids!

  • I attended the Magnet Schools of America in Charlotte, NC last week. I went to attend the session, Time to Teach Yields the Highest Return on Investment (ROI) and your school was a no show. Could I receive the info that was to be given out?
