  • I agree with the person who made the Review on August 23, 2010. This school is a joke. And anyone who sends their child to that school is not providing him/her with the best education possible. Not because of the Teachers; they manage to work miracles with the little resources they have, but more so because of the lack of support from the Administration or lack thereof. It's not going to change because the Board of Directors act oblivious to whats going on and would never dare stand against the Pastor and/or their decision into hiring an unqualified (...) who has never taught school a day in her life. Check the guidelines.nowhere in the state of Florida can you be a (...) without classroom experience. I for one will never again send my son to a school that is governed by someone who's less than qualified to head a school. If anyone took the time to observe closely, that school would be shut down. They already have a high employee turnover rate.makes you wonder why? SomeONE or someTHING must be the common problem.

  • This school is allowed to continue in spite of the fact that it is a revolving door for students and high staff turnover. Anyone calling the district is referred back to the board which consists of pastor wife and church members who feign surprise when made aware of problems. Principal says way to resolve student complaints is "turn it back on them" and pits employees against one another. Also belittles staff in meetings and does not allow input. Clerk in office has unbelievable authority is very rude and condescending to staff, principal says it is "culture difference". Employees not under contract forced to work extra time without extra pay. Principal states that anyone unhappy can leave but puts negative info in personnel records that make other employment difficult or impossible.
