(5 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - Many teachers are not fluent in English.
Many teachers are not certified nor have they been through a teacher education program. The school counselor and several of the administrative staff do now seem to know what their job is.
There is rampant name calling and bullying. This, at times, actually occurs in the classrooms.
