  • WHY IS ILLINOIS PAYING $100,000 TO A JR HIGH PRINCIPAL IN PANA FOR 213 STUDENTS. AND 15 TEACHERS TO SHOULDER RESPONSIBILITY. NO WONDER ILLINOIS SCHOOLS MUST LAY OFF SO MANY TEACHERS. SO THAT A FEW LOSERS CAN GET FAT.
