  • We attended this school from pre school to 1st grade. The pre school was good. But there's severe problems with the administration of this charter school. A lawyer is the "top" administrator, while a public school refugee is the 2nd, and daily administrator. After at least 4 principals in 3-4 years it's clear that the administrators don't know what they're doing. This school started with several millions of dollars from the Chevron incidents, and without the knowledge of the residents in Santa Fe, the judge and lawyer, both white, decided to start this school. Since the money was for the residents I never understood how they determined what to do with the Black residences money. I was told that the Blacks would've just bought cars with the money. I guess people don't need cars. Additionally, some of the teachers have demonstrated traits that one wouldn't associate with teachers, lying.

Trust is the major problem with this school and administration... The parents aren't consulted on major issues concerning their children.

In essence, I strongly feel that the people there are more interested in spending those millions rather than teaching children. I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone.

  • This school has administrative problems, and has hired a principal and teacher with undesirable traits. There's evidence of racial issues demonstarated by the "top" administators.
