- Good academics and sports programs, could be a great school, however the intense Mormon influence within the school and it’s adjoining Mormon seminary tend to sour the atmosphere, unless you are member of the church. Outsiders are treated as such and the inter married faculty, some of whom have married their students, ensure that the Mormon children receive special treatment and all the choice positions on teams, plays etc… enter at your children’s risk!
