  • I have major issues with this school. First I do have to say the learning environment is awesome as well as their teaching techqniues. But I have had nothing but issues with the principal and certain teachers. My son attends K grade there and has been given step 4 twice and suspend once. He was given step 4 the first time because he was picking at carpet during story time mind you he was not hitting, screaming, yelling or being distruptive during class but he was given the step 4 and kicked out of class because the teacher "thought he wouldnt listen to her if she had told him to stop." The 2nd time he was give step four and again kicked out of class for a full day was because he was lifting his legs up and down and again not being disruptive or abusive. Now this last time he was suspended because he pushed one child and told another he was going to beat them up. Now let me say I do not condone violence what so ever, so I asked my son what caused the situation he told me the other children were talking about black people which my son happens to be half black. Also my oldest son was there to witness the whole event and did they do anything to the other children for the racial comments, no! I am so disgusted with this school, what do I tell me son its okay if someone is being racist we just have to sit back and take it...
