  • LdVCS fails to fulfill its charter and while the teaching staff remains professional and dedicated, the administration has failed completely in all aspects. Poor leadership has left it financially unstable, and with a teaching staff in a permanent state of flux. While the board of directors remains overly reliant on parents for money and time, they are unwilling to maintain open and honest lines of communication with the parents. Abject mismanagement of the school has left it without the support of the district. Blatant conflicts of interest exist between the teaching staff, the administration, and the board of directors.
