  • I went to Carney as a child, now my son goes there. It is a wonderful school with caring staff. My son leaves this year and I will miss all the loving and caring staff. The PTA is made up of some parents, who are trying to make it a good experience for the students. The PTA provides funding for in and out of school activities, prizes for all students and funds the assemblies, which run around $800.00. So the PTA parents are trying their best, don't complain, unless you are one of the parents in the PTA.
