- Need a diverse group of educators on staff. Diverse in all areas of learning styles. Staff is not racially balance. Are not use to an urban environment. For example, ethnicity, cultures,(single family, race, age, learning disability,etc....) Understand the need of all chidren's learning disabilities.......
