- In 8th grade I was a cheerleader for the baseball team. My teacher, Miss Mixter(?)
wouldn't let me wear lipstick because I was the youngest girl in the class. Many fond memories still stay in my mind. I still have all the grade pictures and like to look at them from time to time. Where did the years go? Sorry I missed the 100th anniversary celebration of the school.
