  • I was forced to go to Holbrook when Hamtramck redistricted the schools. I was going to Dickerson. At first I was not very happy. But it did not take long before I had many new friends, and I like the teachers too. I have to say the teachers were all exceptional, I like them all, very caring. I have many fond memories being at Holbrook. And I sure do miss the candy store across the street too.
