Schoolcraft High School is an exceptional school, both academically as well as socially! There's a warmth the moment you enter! The student body is very welcoming accepting of new students, which is a rarity these days. Our son was a 'School of Choice' transfer (from Mattawan) two days into his sophomore year having attended school in Mattawan for 8 years. His transfer was the best decision we ever made! He is flourishing both academically as well as socially! I would highly recommend, not only the School District, but, the Schoolcraft area, to those who are moving into this area, or, for those seeking a better 'fit' for their child in a School of Choice transfer! My only regret is that we didn't transfer our son out of Mattawan sooner! Our daughter will begin her sixth grade year as a School of Choice transfer student next year as well!
