  • Remember attending sometime in the early 60's. Can't say enough about the dedication the staff provided. I really believe this school made a lot of men out of boys! Had a pretty decent football and track team in those days. I remember the new uniforms for the football team. Quarterback wore number 55 (that was me) Also Norris McFarland, Mohamad Jacobs,Tom Stone, Charlie Stone and many others. Would like to pay a visit sometime.

  • Any photos of Boysville in Macon, MI? I remember a two-week camp for the deaf boys there July 10 - 24, 1960, There was a church near water tank with cross atop at the back of narrow street. Dorm, classes, cafeteria and recreation center. I remember the priest and nuns who monitored the boys. Also a small pond for swimming.
