- I have since tried to forget that year ('95), but this school gave me the opportunity to get my GED when no other school would take me; this in turn enabled me to enter the military, attain an undergrad, pursue my masters, and currently make close to a 6 figure salary as an IT Engineer. Not bad for someone the spfld metro school district deemed a "bad apple" so long ago.
