  • Quality of education is above average, however the learning atmosphere is poor to say the least. For the most part, the teachers are competent and very supportive of the students, but the administration fails to create a positive learning environment. Most of the staff members are related to the administrators, and student disciplinary action is influenced greatly by last name. A student was advised to drop out of school by the (former) counselor, and when the children of several staff members severely vandalized another school's property prior to a football game, they received only a "warning". If it had been anyone else's kids, they would have been suspended.
