  • I was not pleased with my education from this school. I feel that the teachers and staff are too focused on just getting the graduation rate up that they are not looking at the quality of education. My classmates and I were able to slide by on the minimum and therefore NOT prepared for college. Rarely was I challenged. Also, several of my teachers were also coaches and far too focused on their coaching activities that on several occasions we just watched videos the entire class period instead of the teacher actually standing up and teaching us something. Basically, I felt like my diploma was handed to me on a silver platter with very little effort on my part and my classmates' parts.

  • I really enjoy this school. The leadership role has taken hits before (leave of absence, military, etc.), but we have people who step up the call. We have great thinking students, and a staff that for the most part cares. There are exceptions. Extracurricular activities are fun but can be favoring at times. Classrooms are mostly safe and efficient, but there are rooms that need vacated. Homework and other involements depend on the teacher but for the most part are good. God Bless!
