  • i am giving park middle school a good review because of many reasons. Park has inproved over the years, yes there are occasional fights but not as many as you would think after reading former students reviews. also, some students do get out of hand, but don't we all? or did? When a teacher, other than your usual one, is there you have this free feeling that somethings different. I believe the students do take their work seriously and are always given confidence throughout the year, teachers are strict to make sure every student is getting the right education, they can be fun too. The campus and school in general is old, but they are doing the best they can to improve it, this 2010-2011 school year the school is improving the front campus. The school lunches are good and fresh and there is a wide variety to choose from, the lunch ladies are nice to.
As you know the Antioch school district is now a uniform district and this year, park is taking this strictly, uniform checks are taken every day to make sure every student is following the rules, i find this fair amongst every grade.
So if your daughter, son, grandchild, niece, or nephew in the contra costa area is in need of a better education no need to look any farther than park middle school where every child is taken seriously.

  • Park middle school was never a good school. I used to attend Park in 2004. I wanted to say i did not like the staffs or the students there. The students were out of control. I find the teachers and secretaries racist because the teachers would take no notice of the students who were another race. I found the inside of the school to be horrible and unsanitary. The classrooms were filthy and the outside of the school was a nightmare. I am so glad i don't go to Park because i wouldn't want my sons and daughters attended that school.

  • I use to attend this school and i would like to say its the worst middle school in antioch. The school was dirty and disgusting the teachers were rude and disrespectful. My youngest sister goes there and she does not like it one bit. I did not like the Spanish teacher who was there.

  • Teachers are involved. No sports per say, not much for additional help for students in need. Speical Education, sparse. They pass any child attending, even if failing grades.
