  • Although i made many lasting friendships at this school, the overall education was sub-par. I think the teachers try to do a good job but the board does a poor job in selecting well rounded teachers to fill those positions. The Foreign language department is lacking in terms of french teachers and has been unable to ( or at least until the year of 2007) maintain a knowledgeable teacher or for that matter one that spoke french rather than Russian. The administration does a poor job of interacting with the students and is not all too interested in their well being, rather they are interested in the way the school is represented to the members of the town and the ratings it receives on tests.

  • Fox Lane not only left me with fond memories but, more importantly, it left me with a solid education. Mrs. Cynthia McDonald was my favorite teacher - she taught me English. Oh, I know how to read and write using proper grammar and spelling; however, I think it is more important that she left me with a LOVE of English. I do a lot of creative writing, including poetry, and I attribute this all to Mrs. McDonald. I hope that someday, somehow, she gets to read this.

  • This was the best high school. I met and I am still meeting people who attended and graduated - would not exchange this experience for anything in the world.
