- This was my first year in dealing with any NC school district. I so much appreciate the help and support this school gave my family in the 2008/2009 school year. 4th grade teacher Tonya Sellers and the rest of the BCC staff are the best I have ever seen. Thank you for making this such a positive experience for my child.
