(5 / 5) Flag as inappropriate - I loved this school from the first day I attended in 1980. My older brothers attended ER and had I been living in Forest City when my children were in HS, they would have attended ER also. The staff was exceptional (even the subs). Mr. Hamrick was the THE BEST Principal ever. I graduated in 1984 and if I could start my life over, I'd start @ ERHS. I played softball for 4 years, basketball for 1 year, track for 1 year, Historian for FHA for 4 years, recv'd an award during my Senior year and also won Ms.East High in my Senior year along w/ a classmate. I have attended my 10 and 20 year Reunion and I love ALL of my classmates to this day. I owe all of that to those halls of ERHS. Go Cavaliers! My blood will always be Cavalier Red!
