  • If you have a child that has any kind of special needs, then Underwood is not the place for your child. The special ed department is absolutely horrible. They still beleive in segregating the special ed students in a TINY room with little interaction. If the issue of educating a special needs child is pushed by the parent, the following comments are likely to be heard: "this is what we are willing to provide", the cannot provide that, I'll have to check and get back to you(which they never do. If the parents still persist on the school actually educating their child, expect to end up in legal problems.
