  • Class of January, 1955. Yes, at one time the Columbus Public School District allowed entering school at midterm. Our January, 1955 class was small. We went 6 years at LM, grades 7 through 12. You could park in front of the school. You could even ride your bike to school. LM was a wonderful experience. 55th reunion coming up.

  • I graduated from LMHS in 1989! The time I spent here was the greatest time in my whole life! I mean I did not have a care in the world! At the time I thought that being in school was a big waste of time, however when I picked up the game of Basketball things changed. All in all I want to express my deepest appreciation for Mr.George Mills, Mr. Gerring, Ms P. Heard, Ms. Henderson, Mr. Inau, Mr. Guess and last but not least Mr. Bo Ryan who's patience was tested on a daily basis. I would like to send a special word of appreciation to Mr. Mills and Mr. Gerring, two people who whether they know it or not helped me become the person I am today. Thank you so very much for not giving up on me. Benjamin L. Davis

  • i graduated in 1959 from linden. we had 350 people in our graduating class. it was held outside in the stadium. that year as the three previous ones, we were state champs in football, second in softball and the only school at that time that had a golf club lead by vince chicarella. the principal was mr. barlow and when he passed awy, miss francis henning took over.
we were a proud school and defended the name of LM with a passion, i hope this fire burns in the students there now.
