  • I think that Meeker High School is great, but I believe the academics needs to be a little more fair. The problem is that students who push themselves more than others suffer when they take AP classes or harder classes. They take AP classes and make a "B" rather than the "A" they would have gotten in a regular class which is a lot less work. This can really kill your GPA and will allow students that didn't try as hard or take as many AP classes to have a better chance at Valedictorian than the ones that worked harder and took more AP classes. I think that Meeker should reward those students who try harder rather than appreciate the ones that everybody knows and suck up to the staff. Stop looking to reward the staff children so much and focus on what is good for the future...Academics. This will make students have an easier college experience and have a chance at some good scholarships that they really worked for. Thank you for reading this review.
