  • I graduated from Owasso a decade ago. I've lived in three states and gone to four different schools, and Owasso is by far the worst school I have ever attended. There was one teacher I had who would routinely throw away the work done by students she didn't like. Thankfully this horrific woman retired shortly after my class graduated. OHS is supposedly one of the better schools in that area, but my high school education was on par with the ELEMENTARY education I received at a private school out of state. Yes, private schools are generally better, but come on, private or not, history and English classes should not be more advanced for fifth graders than for people who are preparing for college. If your kid is an athlete or in band, or goes to the right church I'm sure they'll enjoy it. If not...honestly, I would just suggest not living in Oklahoma. Period.
