- I am an old former student who enjoyed social studies very much. In 1967 I received a pen pal from India and have been writing to her for 41 years. Last month was the first time My pen pal came to the United States to visit her adult son who is working in Atlanta Georgia. My elementary dream of meeting my friend, KUNI finally came true when I flew to Georgia to meet her and her family. We had a very nice visit all because of the excellent project of Parkway Manor Elementary School. Thank you for this extraordinary life adventure!
